You will play a key role in bringing high-quality products to life, ensuring they move seamlessly from concept through to factory production. The Role This is a hands-on, fast-paced position focused on process development, factory trials, and product scale-up across a premium product range. Working closely with senior leadership, you will ensure products are delivered to the highest possible standard, maintaining the integrity of the original concept throughout manufacturing.
