Job Title: Estimator – Social Housing Maintenance / Refurbishment Location: Fully Remote Salary: Up to £90,000 package (DOE) Job Type: Permanent Overview We are recruiting for an experienced Estimator to join a Tier One social housing refurbishment contractor on a fully remote basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business with a strong pipeline of reactive maintenance and refurbishment work across the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for pricing and winning small-ticket maintenance contract tenders, working closely with operational and commercial teams to ensure accurate and competitive submissions. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and competitive tenders for reactive maintenance and small works contracts Price and submit small-ticket maintenance tenders within social housing frameworks Work collaboratively with internal teams to support bid strategy and delivery planning Ensure compliance with client requirements and commercial objectives Maintain strong awareness of market rates and framework conditionsRequirements Proven experience as an Estimator within social housing maintenance or refurbishment Strong track record in pricing and winning small works / reactive maintenance tenders Experience working with schedule of rates contracts NHF Schedule of Rates experience highly desirable Strong commercial awareness and attention to detailWhat’s on Offer Fully remote working Salary up to £90,000 package (depending on experience) Opportunity to join a Tier One contractor with long-term secured frameworks Autonomy within a high-performing commercial teamTo Apply If you are an experienced Estimator looking for a remote opportunity within a leading contractor, please apply or contact us for a confidential discussion
