Lead Electrical Maintenance Engineer London Bridge £50,000 - £54,000   An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Lead Electrical Engineer to join a leading FM service provider on a prestigious, high-profile site in Central London. This is a key position on site, overseeing a team of Day Engineers and ensuring the smooth delivery of all maintenance activities.   Working Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), you will take the lead on all electrical maintenance while remaining hands-on across both planned and reactive works. This role is ideally suited to an electrically biased engineer with strong leadership experience and a solid background in building services.   This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and growing organisation that genuinely invests in its people and offers clear routes for progression.   Duties Oversee day-to-day engineering operations on site Lead and support a team of maintenance engineers Carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance Single & Three Phase Power UPS Systems Generators (on/off load tests) LV switching & shutdowns Emergency lighting & fire alarms AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, pumps, motors, belts & bearings Ensure safe isolation of plant and systems in line with procedures Manage subcontractors on site Ensure all works are completed to compliance and safety standards Produce reports, complete logbooks and RAMS Issue and manage permits to work Liaise with client representatives and stakeholders Use PDA systems to raise and close jobs Requirements City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) Strong electrical bias with good all-round building services knowledge Proven experience leading or supervising an engineering team Background in commercial building maintenance Strong communication and organisational skills Career-driven and proactive approach Package £50,000 - £54,000 salary Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 25 days holiday + bank holidays Pension scheme Overtime opportunities Ongoing training and development Clear progression opportunities within a growing business To be part of a reputable building services provider on a flagship site, apply now with your updated CV and contact details
