Quantity Surveyor

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to take ownership of your projects within the social housing sector? We’re seeking a driven QS to join a growing team working across multiple contracts in the Ipswich region. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on autonomy and is looking for long-term progression. I would like to see CV's from anyone who has been a Assistant Quantity Surveyor (AQS), Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, Lead Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role.  The responsibilities of the Quantity Surveyor are: Managing multiple social housing contracts Taking full commercial ownership of your own projects Handling cost control, valuations, and reporting Working with coding systems and applications Supporting contract delivery from start to finishWe’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor who has: Proven experience as a QS (ideally in social housing) Ability to manage several contracts simultaneously Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills Confident working independently and taking initiativeIn return, the Quantity Surveyor will recieve:  Annual salary £50,000+ Car allowance Pension scheme  Full time, permanent employment  Strong opportunities for career progression Stable, permanent position within a growing businessLocation and travel  This is an office based role, where you can chose to work out of the Wisbech office or Needham Market office.  If you're inerested in this role, please apply online or call Alex on (phone number removed)
