FLT Driver

An established warehouse in Kettering is looking for an FLT Reach & Counterbalance Driver's to join their team. The successful candidate will work within a small team, supporting replenishment, loading/unloading, and general warehouse duties. This is an ongoing role. Shifts and Pay: Working Hours: 09:00 - 17:00 Working Days: Monday to Friday Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour Responsibilities: Operate Reach Truck and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently Load and unload goods from vehicles using Counterbalance Put away stock into racking locations using Reach Truck Pick and move stock accurately within the warehouse Carry out stock checks and ensure inventory accuracy Follow all site health and safety procedures Support with general warehouse duties when requiredRequirements: Valid Reach Truck and Counterbalance licences Previous FLT & warehouse experience Strong attention to detail Good communication skills Proactive and reliable attitude Ability to carry out manual handling tasksWhat We Offer: Weekly pay Online payslips Pension scheme Holiday pay Personal accident insurance Ongoing assignment PPE providedThe Best Connection is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
