This is your chance to make a real impact — with genuine opportunities for career growth and development. 🔧 What You’ll Be Doing * Oversee and validate electrical work across our internal property services. * Compile, verify, and sign off electrical certifications. * Ensure all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with industry standards. * Carry out regular engineer audits — Work in Progress, Post-Completion, and Health & Safety evaluations. * Deliver toolbox talks and training to maintain a high level of technical and compliance knowledge. * Support the onboarding and induction of new team members. 🧠 What We’re Looking For * Qualified Electrical QS certification. * 2+ years of supervisory experience. * Strong technical understanding of electrical engineering and compliance. * Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills. * A proactive, safety-first mindset and a passion for developing others. 💼 What You’ll Get * £50,000 base salary * Company van + fuel card * Up to 10% annual bonus * Ongoing professional development and career progression opportunities * Be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team that values quality and integrity 📩 Ready to take charge?
