As a Behaviour Mentor you will be required to support students with ASD, SEMH and challenging Behaviour on a 1:1 basis inside and outside of the classroom setting. For this Behaviour Mentor role you must have at least 1 years experience and ideally have Team Teach training although that is not essential. The ideal Behaviour Mentor will have a can do attitude, a flexible work ethic and go above and beyond to see students achieve their highest potential!
