Senior Service Advisor Location: Ipswich Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 Basic | £38,000 – £42,000 OTE Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00am – 5:30pm Weekends: 1–2 Saturdays per month (rota basis) 🧾 The Role We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join a busy and successful dealership in Ipswich. This is a fantastic opportunity for either an established Senior Service Advisor or an experienced Service Advisor looking to step up into a leadership role. 🔧 Key Responsibilities * Act as the lead contact for service customers * Support and mentor junior Service Advisors * Handle customer complaints and escalations * Upsell additional work, services, and products * Manage daily bookings and workshop diary * Liaise between customers and the workshop * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (CSI) * Drive aftersales revenue and efficiency ✅ Requirements * 2–4+ years’ experience as a Service Advisor * Previous senior / team leader experience (or ready to step up) * Strong customer service and sales ability * Experience using systems like Kerridge / Pinnacle (preferred) * Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment * Full UK driving licence 💰 Package & Benefits * £30k–£36k basic depending on experience * £38k–£42k realistic OTE * Bonus scheme (monthly + CSI-based) * Manufacturer training * Career progression opportunities * Pension & staff discounts
