About the School Environment You’ll be working within a well‑established 11–16 secondary setting known for its strong community ethos, high‑quality teaching, and excellent pastoral support. The school fosters a family spirit and prioritises pupil wellbeing and guidance. There is also a specialist ASD provision on site, which is expanding significantly over the coming years to meet growing local demand. Capacity is planned to increase from around 30 places to 65 by 2029, with ongoing support for learners with additional needs being a key priority in the area.
