Residential Property Manager

What you'll be doing:     Carry out six-monthly property inspections across the SFH portfolio     Identify and report maintenance, health & safety and compliance issues     Coordinate and conduct tenant move-ins, check-ins and check-outs     Complete and review inventory checks at the start and end of tenancies     Ensure properties are presented to a high standard prior to occupancy     Compare check-out conditions against inventories and report damages or issues     Liaise with contractors, tenants and internal teams as required     Maintain accurate inspection notes, reports and records on property systems If you've got great experience in client-facing property management, in a lettings agency or block management, then we want to hear from you.
