Senior Nurse

Everest Recruitment and Services Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Senior Nurse to support healthcare and care services across Belfast and surrounding areas. This is a senior clinical role, ideal for a qualified nurse with strong leadership capability and a commitment to delivering high standards of patient care within UK-regulated care environments. Role Overview: The Senior Nurse will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care while providing guidance and support to care teams. You will play a key role in maintaining clinical standards, supporting service delivery, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: * Delivering high-quality nursing care in line with UK best practice and regulatory standards * Administering medication and monitoring patient health and wellbeing * Supervising and supporting care staff on shift * Ensuring accurate documentation and care planning * Responding to clinical needs and escalating concerns appropriately * Supporting compliance with safeguarding, infection control, and clinical governance standards Requirements: * Registered Nurse qualification with valid NMC registration * Minimum 2–3 years post-registration experience * Previous UK-based nursing experience is essential * Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making ability * Experience within care homes or similar care settings * Right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available for this role) Working Arrangements: * Flexible shifts (day, night, and weekend work available) * Full-time and part-time opportunities * Temporary and ongoing assignments What We Offer: * Opportunities to work across a range of care settings * Flexible working patterns * Ongoing support from a dedicated recruitment team * Competitive hourly rates depending on experience Additional Information: This role is offered on an agency basis.
