Programme Lead – Transformation & Technology Location: UK (Hybrid) Salary: Competitive + Bonus + Benefits Cooper Lomaz are partnering with a highly regarded Wealth & Asset Management organisation to recruit an experienced Programme Lead to drive a portfolio of strategic business and technology initiatives. This is a high-impact role, working at the intersection of business transformation, data, digital, and commercial enablement. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering complex programmes that enhance client experience, improve data capabilities, and enable future growth. The Role As Programme Lead, you will take ownership of a portfolio of initiatives, ensuring successful delivery across multiple workstreams. You will operate at a senior level, engaging stakeholders across business and technology functions, while maintaining strong control over delivery, governance, and outcomes. Alongside overall programme leadership, you will provide hands-on oversight and support to a small number of key strategic initiatives focused on: * Enhancing internal tools and platforms to better support sales and marketing teams * Improving the structure, quality, and accessibility of core business data * Supporting the development of intelligent automation solutions to streamline complex processes Key Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programmes, ensuring control over scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies * Establish and run effective governance frameworks, including steering committees and decision forums * Engage and influence senior stakeholders across business and technology teams * Coordinate cross-functional delivery across product, engineering, data, and third-party suppliers * Manage supplier relationships, ensuring delivery against agreed outcomes and milestones * Provide clear and consistent reporting on progress, risks, and strategic options * Support delivery teams by removing blockers and ensuring alignment across initiatives * Operate across both agile and hybrid delivery environments What We’re Looking For * Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-stream programmes within complex organisations * Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate credibly at senior leadership level * Experience managing delivery across multiple teams and external partners * Commercial awareness, including supplier and contract management * A flexible approach to delivery methodologies (agile, hybrid, or traditional) * Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on programme support Desirable Experience * Experience within Wealth Management, Asset Management, Financial Services, or another regulated environment * Exposure to programmes involving CRM platforms, digital channels, data platforms, and marketing technologies * Understanding of data governance principles and their impact on business operations and compliance * Experience delivering customer-facing digital solutions and business transformation initiatives * Awareness of marketing technology ecosystems and data privacy considerations * Familiarity with enterprise platforms and data-driven environments Why Apply?
