Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor – Leeds We are working with an established and growing construction consultancy that is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to support the delivery of projects across a varied multi-sector portfolio, including healthcare, commercial, education, and hotel developments. This role offers excellent exposure to diverse projects and the opportunity to progress your career within a growing consultancy. The Role: * Providing full pre- and post-contract cost management services * Preparing cost plans, budgets, and feasibility studies * Managing procurement and tender processes * Contract administration, valuations, variations, and final accounts * Working closely with project managers, designers, and clients About You: * At least 3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy / PQS environment * Experience working across a range of sectors such as retail, healthcare, commercial, education, or hotels * Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline * Working towards or already chartered (MRICS or equivalent) * Strong communication and client-facing skills * Organised, commercially aware, and detail-oriented What’s on Offer: * Competitive salary and benefits package * Exposure to a diverse and interesting project portfolio * Clear progression route and structured support toward chartership * Supportive, professional, and flexible working culture Please contact Charlie Voss at Stoneridge Consulting to learn more and apply
