Air Conditioning Engineer Location: Birmingham & Greater Midlands Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 (DOE) + Overtime + Call-Out The Role We're working with a well-established and busy company seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to cover Birmingham and the surrounding Midlands areas. This is a varied role involving installation, service, maintenance, and fault-finding across both commercial and residential sites. Key Duties: Installation, servicing, and maintenance of air conditioning systems Diagnosing faults and carrying out reactive repairs Performing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Working on split, multi-split, and VRV/VRF systems Completing service reports and associated documentation Ensuring all work complies with current health & safety regulations About You Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer F-Gas Category 1 (essential) NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (desirable) Strong electrical knowledge Full UK driving licence Able to work independently and represent the company professionally on-site What's on Offer Salary between £38,000 - £48,000 (depending on experience) Company vehicle and fuel card Overtime and call-out earning potential Company pension scheme 28 days holiday including bank holidaysReference: INDAV Interested?
