Senior Architectural Technologist Location: London Salary: £45-52,000 A well established and expanding architectural practice in London is looking to appoint a Senior Architectural Technologist to take a leading role in the technical delivery of projects. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to oversee projects from RIBA Stage 4 onwards, translating design concepts into fully coordinated and buildable solutions across a variety of sectors. Benefits: * Regular social events and European study trips * Enhanced maternity and paternity leave * Employee Assistance Programme and vision care support * Structured internal and external CPD programme * Clear career progression within a collaborative practice * Flexible working options considered Key Responsibilities: * Lead the technical development and delivery of projects from RIBA Stage 4 through to completion * Produce and manage comprehensive technical drawing packages, including plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and detailed construction information * Coordinate technical design information with internal teams and external consultants * Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to support successful project outcomes * Ensure all technical documentation complies with current Building Regulations, housing standards, and warranty requirements * Apply technical expertise to produce practical, compliant, and well coordinated designs Essential Qualifications and Experience: * Proven experience delivering medium to large scale projects, preferably in residential or mixed use developments * High proficiency in Revit * Solid knowledge of current Building Regulations * Experience leading project teams and working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors * Strong ability to produce detailed working drawing packages and coordinate technical information effectively * Excellent communication skills with the confidence to take initiative and work independently * Extensive experience on projects typically valued at £5m or more * Demonstrated delivery across RIBA Stages 4, 5, and 6, particularly in residential and commercial sectors * Advanced technical detailing skills and a strong understanding of contemporary construction methods To apply, please call Sophie on (phone number removed) or alternatively, send your CV and Portfolio across to .
