Contracts Supervisor

R9 are looking for a Contracts Supervisor to support the efficient delivery of Planned or R&M contracts—ensuring work is completed safely, on time, to quality standards, and with minimal disruption to residents. Key Responsibilities * Support day‑to‑day contract operations * Work closely with clients to meet performance expectations * Manage and motivate operatives and subcontractors * Monitor KPIs, quality, safety and progress * Maintain strong client and resident relationships * Support financial performance and reporting * Plan and coordinate works to meet programme targets * Manage documentation including variations and snagging About You * Experience in repairs & maintenance contract management * Building industry qualifications * Strong leadership and organisational skills * Full UK Driving Licence * Knowledge of building maintenance and repair What We Offer * £41,000 salary + car allowance * 25 days’ holiday + bank holidays * £2,000 referral scheme * Perkbox benefits * Long‑service awards * 1 paid volunteer day per year * Ongoing training and progression If you are interested in this position, then please click apply
