Project Engineer

JOB – Project Engineer LOCATION – Glasgow    TERM – Permanent SALARY - £(phone number removed) per annum, dependent on experience My client works in the water industry delivering projects for a national client base. They are looking for a Project Engineer to join their team in Glasgow on a permanent basis. The Project Engineer will ideally have the following attributes: At least 2-5+ years’ experience in a similar position NVQ / HNC / HND / BTEC / Degree qualified or similar in Mechanical Engineering or another relevant subject Experience within the water industry desirable Can understand and read CAD drawings and sketches (AutoCAD and Revit) Background in Mechanical Engineering and projects Excellent communication, teamwork and leadership skills  The Project Engineer role will involve: Designing and delivering process projects Managing project delivery from sales to client handover Working to client specifications and expectations Overseeing deadlines, budgets and timescales Providing technical controls expertise Some travel to attend customer meetings and site visits  If you are interested in this position, please apply with an up-to-date CV as soon as possible, along with your availability and your salary expectation
