Electrical Testing & Installation Engineer

We’re supporting a well-established compliance and engineering services business delivering essential electrical work across the social housing and public sector space. With strong long-term contracts in place across the South West, they’re looking to appoint an Electrical Testing & Installation Engineer in the Bristol region. The Role You’ll work across a local patch, carrying out electrical testing, installation, and remedial works within occupied and void properties. Key Responsibilities * Conduct EICRs and produce certification * Carry out remedial and upgrade works * Diagnose and resolve electrical faults * Install smoke alarms and safety systems * Complete consumer unit upgrades * Ensure all work meets current regulations and compliance standards What We’re Looking For * NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent – C&G 2367 / 2357) * 18th Edition (BS7671) essential * Test & Inspection (2391 or equivalent) advantageous * Experience across domestic environments (social housing ideal) * Confident working independently with a strong customer focus What’s on Offer * 25 days holiday + birthday off * Company van with personal use (paid door to door) * Mon-Friday 8.30-5pm * Bonus scheme * Ongoing training and development * Health cash plan & wellbeing support * Cycle to work & EV schemes Why This Role?
