Job Title: Finance Assistant Location: Kidderminster Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm, 1-hour unpaid lunch break) Salary: 26,000 – 29,000 per annum (dependant on experience) HR Employment are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant for our client based in Kidderminster. You will be assisting the existing team with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Financial Accounting activities. Main Duties: • Code purchase invoices to correct nominal codes as per spend • Post purchase invoices to relevant supplier account • Set up new supplier accounts • Ensure correct authorisation has been given • Raise sales invoices to the relevant customer account • Produce and issue customer KPI’s • Download latest statement transactions and save in postings workbook • Reconcile bank statement with cash book • Set up new proforma supplier payments • Pay proforma invoices • Allocate supplier payments to the relevant supplier account Skills and Experience Needed: • Practical experience within an accounting of finance department • Knowledge of Microsoft office products particularly excel • Experience with Sage 50 Accounts If you are interested in our Finance Assistant role, then please apply now
