Senior Management Accountant

The Role As Senior Management Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering accurate and insightful financial information to support strategic decision-making. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll take ownership of multi-entity management accounts and consolidation processes, ensuring high standards of reporting and control. What’s on Offer * Salary of £50,000 – £60,000 depending on experience * Hybrid working – just 1 day per week in the Salford office * PE Environment with Aquisition activity happening * Supportive environment with strong leadership and development opportunities * Exposure to a dynamic and growing Financial Services business * Clear progression pathway as the business continues to expand Key Responsibilities * Preparation of monthly management accounts across multiple entities * Full consolidation of group accounts, including intercompany reconciliations * Variance analysis and provision of meaningful commentary to senior management * Support budgeting and forecasting cycles * Balance sheet reconciliations and oversight of key controls * Assisting with year-end processes and audit requirements * Driving process improvements and efficiencies within finance * Partnering with non-finance stakeholders to provide financial insight About You * Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) late studier or newly qualified accountant * Strong experience in multi-entity accounting and consolidations * Confident communicator, able to present financial information clearly * Highly organised with strong attention to detail * Proactive mindset with a willingness to improve processes * Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team If you’re looking for a role where you can make an impact, develop your career, and gain valuable exposure within a multi-entity environment, this could be the perfect next step.
