CNC Miller – Setter / Operator

Mazco Recruitment are working with a well-established precision engineering company who are looking to add an experienced CNC Miller to their team. This is a stable, long-term opportunity within a modern machining environment producing high-quality components. The Role You will be responsible for setting and operating CNC milling machines across 3, 4 and 5 axis platforms. The role involves working to tight tolerances, ensuring high levels of accuracy and consistency in production. Key Responsibilities * Setting and operating CNC milling machines * Working across 3, 4 and 5 axis machining centres * Using Heidenhain controls * Producing precision components to engineering drawings * Maintaining quality standards and tolerances * Supporting continuous improvement on machining processes Requirements * Proven experience as a CNC Miller (Setter / Operator) * Strong experience with 3, 4 and 5 axis machining * Experience using Heidenhain control systems * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * High attention to detail and quality Working Hours * Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 16:00 * Friday: 07:30 – 12:30 * 37 hours per week * Early finish every Friday Salary & Benefits * Competitive salary (DOE) * 25 days annual leave + bank holidays * Company pension scheme (salary sacrifice available) * Health Care Cash Plan * Death in Service (DIS) benefit * Employee referral programme * Enhanced family-friendly benefits * Cycle to Work scheme
