Senior Employer's Agent / Quantity Surveyor Location: Hybrid - North West England Office Base: Liverpool (L3) Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Employer's Agent / Quantity Surveyor to join a growing consultancy team in the North West. This is a permanent position offering the chance to lead and manage multiple affordable housing developments across the North West and West Yorkshire. You will operate with a high degree of independence, reporting directly to Associates and Directors, while playing a key role in project delivery and client relationships. Key Responsibilities Acting as Employer's Agent on residential and affordable housing schemes Administering JCT Design and Build contracts Preparing and managing cash flow forecasts Carrying out risk assessments and advising on mitigation strategies Analysing tenders and producing detailed reports Managing projects from inception through to completion Supporting practice management activities where requiredEssential Requirements BSc in Quantity Surveying Proven experience acting as Employer's Agent on affordable housing or private residential developments Experience working with Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) Strong knowledge of JCT Design and Build contracts Ability to work independently and manage multiple projectsSkills & Competencies Required: Cash flow forecasting Risk assessment Tender analysis and reporting JCT Design expertiseRG Setsquare is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
