What We Offer: * Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays, with the option to buy and sell holiday * Pension Plan: Contributory Company Pension Plan matched up to 6% * Insurance: Individual life assurance and personal accident cover * Employee Benefits Portal: Access to private medical, private dental, discounted gym membership, and discounted shopping at over 100 brands and outlets * Reward and Recognition: Celebrate outstanding achievements * Employee Assistance Program: Funded program with onsite mental health first aiders Your Role: * You will be ensuring projects are fully defined, specified and priced with all necessary surveys * You will be preparing Pre-Construction Information packs in accordance with Construction Design and Management Regulations * You will be liaising with external stakeholders to coordinate access and programming of works * You will be ensuring projects are tendered in a timely and cost-effective manner * You will be evaluating tender returns for compliance and value for money * You will be providing project handover files to the Project Delivery Team What We're Looking For: * Qualifications: You will hold an NQF Level 4/5 qualification in a relevant discipline, along with recognised project management and industry qualifications in engineering, building services or facilities management. * Experience: You will have knowledge of Building Regulations, managing tenders and working within Construction Design and Management Regulations, with experience ensuring compliance within key processes. * Skills: You will be able to communicate clearly, work effectively with others, demonstrate commitment to quality, health and safety, embrace change, and deliver services in a cost-effective and timely manner while inspiring and guiding others.
