Technical Services Supervisor

A leading construction and facilities management company is seeking a skilled Technical Services Supervisor to join the South East Wales region, on a full time, permanent basis. Having been established for over 50 years they are a forward-thinking business, with an excellent reputation and a healthy pipeline of work across the healthcare sector. Responsibilities: * Supervise and manage a team of engineers (static/mobile) * Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance in line with SLAs/KPIs * Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and statutory regulations * Act as site lead for H&S, ensuring RAMS are followed * Manage subcontractors and service providers * Maintain CAFM system accuracy and reporting * Act as first point of escalation for client issues * Participate in on-call rota and support emergency response Requirements * Qualified multi-skilled engineer with 5+ years’ experience * Strong background in Facilities Management / Building Services * Knowledge of statutory compliance and HTM legislation * Experience with CAFM systems * Strong leadership and communication skills What’s on Offer * Competitive salary + company car * 24 days annual leave (+ public holidays) * Discount schemes with major retailers * Gym membership discounts * Cycle to work scheme * Holiday purchase scheme * Learning and development opportunities, including professional qualifications and training support * Attractive employee referral rewards This is a permanent position, and Coleman James are acting as an Employment Agency
