Warehouse Operative

The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our industry-leading client based in the Bicester area. We are looking for multiple Warehouse Operatives to join the team. Temp to perm Hours: Monday to Friday, weekends available - 12/1am start! Pay Rate: £12.21 rise to £15.01 after 12 weeks Location: Bicester OX26 Job Type: Ongoing with an opportunity for permanent for the right candidate The role: * Sort and organise incoming parcels accurately and efficiently based on designated routes and destinations. * Operate conveyor belts, scanners, and other equipment to facilitate the sorting process. * Ensure proper labelling and categorisation of parcels to prevent errors in delivery. * Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet deadlines. * Identify damaged parcels and follow company protocols for proper handling and documentation. * Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles, optimising space utilisation. * Maintain a clean and organised work area to uphold safety and efficiency standards. * Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security. Requirements: * Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or parcel sorting is preferred but not required. * Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift packages of varying weights. * Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate sorting and labelling of parcels. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. * Team player with excellent communication skills. * Flexibility to work night shifts and occasional overtime as needed. * Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
