Service Advisor - Automotive

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and fast-paced automotive environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-focused role and has previous experience within a dealership setting. Key Responsibilities Acting as the first point of contact for customers, delivering a high level of customer service Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, and repairs Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle Preparing job cards and invoices accurately Liaising with the workshop and parts department to ensure efficient workflow Handling customer queries and resolving any issues professionally Ensuring all systems are updated in real-timeRequirements Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry Strong working knowledge of Kerridge (Keyloop) Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage workload effectively Strong organisational skills and attention to detailWhat's on Offer Competitive hourly rate of £14.50/£15.00 Immediate start Supportive and busy working environmentLocation: Harlow £14.50/ £15.00 per hour Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm 1 Saturday per month, 9:00am - 1:00pm Immediate Start Available If this role is of interest then please click apply or call Gemma for more information on (phone number removed) Vibe Recruit is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
