Groundworks Supervisor – Swindon – Long Term Project (12+ Months) We are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworks Supervisor to join a large-scale infrastructure project based in Swindon, working with a highly reputable civil engineering contractor. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work (12 months+), with further projects already secured for the right candidate. The Role: You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day groundworks operations on a major package, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: * Supervising multiple gangs across site * Overseeing drainage, foundations, kerbing, roads * Driving programme and productivity on site * Maintaining high health & safety standards * Liaising with site management, engineers, and subcontractors * Ensuring quality of work is consistently high Requirements: * Proven experience as a Groundworks Supervisor / Foreman * Strong background in groundworks and civils packages * Ability to manage multiple work fronts * SSSTS or SMSTS * CSCS Card (Gold or Black preferred) * First Aid (desirable) What’s on offer: * 12+ months work on a major project * Strong pipeline of future work within the business * Competitive rates (DOE) * Opportunity to work with a well-established and respected contractor If you’re looking for long-term, secure work with a top contractor, apply now or get in touch for more details
