Cleaning Supervisor – Temp to Perm Witney £14.00 per hour Monday to Friday, 06:00am – 14:00pm (30-minute unpaid break) We are recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to join a large, well-established medical company based in Witney. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering stability and progression within a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Support the Head of Cleaning with the management and supervision of cleaning staff Ensure all designated areas are cleaned thoroughly in line with schedules and checklists Oversee the correct use and storage of cleaning equipment, including ride-on and mechanical equipment Carry out regular equipment checks and report any issues Prepare staff rosters, monitor holiday leave, and maintain adequate staffing levels Manage stock ordering and conduct monthly stock takes Perform regular quality checks throughout shifts, ensuring high standards are maintained Provide hands-on support and training to team members where required Ensure timesheets are completed and submitted to Payroll on time Compliance & Standards Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations and Fire Policy Report hazards promptly to management Follow company/client procedures when handling customer feedback or complaints Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and uniform presentation Comply with strict site guidelines and procedures Participate in training to continuously improve performance Proactively suggest improvements and take corrective action where needed Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by management What We’re Looking For Previous supervisory experience in cleaning or facilities management Strong organisational and leadership skills A hands-on, proactive approach Good understanding of health and safety practices This is a great opportunity to join a reputable organisation with the potential for a permanent position.
