Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Foot Mobile / London Portfolio (Zones 1&2) - Up to £47,500 Exciting opportunity to work for a family run FM service provider situated in London. CBW are currently looking for a Electrical Maintenance Engineers to cover in the region of circa 30 commercial buildings located in Central London (Zones 1&2) on a reactive basis. The successful candidates will be Electrically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance, installation and testing & Inspection.  This is a Foot Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites where he or she will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plant with particular emphasis on electrical maintenance. In return the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £47,500 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training. Key duties & Responsibilities Emergency Lighting & Fire Alarm Maintenance Remedials Small Electrical Installations Carry out PPM's & Reactive maintenance  Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds etc) Ensuring log books are kept up to date Escorting specialist sub contractors Assisting other engineers Offering technical support This is an M&E contract, so therefore there will be very little plumbing and fabric workHours of work Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 17:00pm Requirements City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical Level 2 & 3 17th or 18th Edition JIB Gold Card 2391 / Test & Inspection desired You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential) A proven track record in commercial building maintenance An understanding of commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled Good communication skills Excellent customer service skills You must be happy to work on a "Foot Mobile" basis and attend multiple sites (i.e. This is not a mobile role where a vehicle is provided)Package Up to £47,500 (Based on experience / Qualifications) Zones 1&2 Travel card PDA's 20 days holiday + BH Overtime available Training and development opportunities - The company are looking to progress electricians to QS status.  Contributory pension schemePlease send your CV to Dan Barber at Cbw Staffing Solutions for more information
