Complex Care Nurse South Yorkshire £45,000 per annum We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for dedicated and compassionate Community Nurses to join our growing team, delivering high-quality care within home settings. About the Role As a Community Nurse, you will manage a caseload of both adult and paediatric clients, providing day-to-day clinical care and ensuring the highest standards of person-centred support. The role will cover packages across Yorkshire.
