A leading consultancy operating across a wide range of sectors including residential, education, sports, mixed-use, office, data centres, hospitality, and public projects is seeking an ambitious Assistant Building Surveyor. The building surveyor will be based in London and will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects. The Company? The Assistant Building Surveyor will be involved in a variety of projects across different sectors, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to complex assignments. The Role As the building surveyor you will work alongside senior team members and contribute throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include: Conducting building surveys and preparing detailed reports Advising clients on property conditions and recommended actions Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects stay on schedule and budget Managing project documentation, programmes, and budgets Supporting contract administration and project reporting The Assistant Building Surveyor? You will be an organised and committed individual with a background in building surveying. Applications from candidates without construction-related experience will not be considered.
