️ Project Manager – Retail Fit-Out 📍 UK-Wide (National Travel Required) 💷 £75,000 + Package 🕒 Permanent | Full-Time Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in retail fit-out? Have you successfully delivered projects for Marks & Spencer or similar national retailers? We’re looking for a confident, organised, and driven Project Manager to take the lead on high-spec fit-out projects across the UK. You’ll play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and delivering complex refurbishments and fast-track programmes in live retail environments. 🚧 Your Responsibilities * Full project ownership from pre-start to completion * Lead site and project teams to ensure programme, quality, and safety standards are met * Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams * Manage project schedules, cost plans, and procurement in line with delivery targets * Ensure H&S compliance and client satisfaction throughout all phases * Report regularly on project progress to senior management and stakeholders ✅ Candidate Requirements We’re looking for someone with: * ✔️ Demonstrable experience in retail fit-out (ideally Marks & Spencer or similar high-street retailers) * ✔️ Strong leadership and organisational skills * ✔️ Able to manage multiple sites or fast-track programmes across the UK * ✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities * ✔️ Background in live environment projects is essential Certifications Required: * ✅ SMSTS * ✅ Black CSCS Card * ✅ First Aid at Work (3-day) * ✅ Duty to Manage Asbestos * ✅ Fire Marshall / Fire Warden * ✅ NVQ Level 6 (or higher) in Construction Management 💼 What’s on Offer * £75,000 salary * Comprehensive package (car allowance, pension, travel expenses, accommodation for national work) * Opportunity to work with a top-tier contractor on high-profile retail projects * Clear route for progression into senior management or programme leadership roles * Join a forward-thinking, delivery-focused team with a strong pipeline of secured work 📩 Apply today for a confidential discussion, or get in touch to learn more. 🔁 Know someone great for this role?
