Senior Care Assistant – Nights – Luxury Residential Retirement Home - AV1894 Full Time | Residential Care Location: Ilminster, Somerset Hours: Night Shifts – Full Time Pay: £13.75 Per Hour ☕ Paid breaks included Specialist Dementia & Elderly Care | 43 Residents We are recruiting a Senior Care Assistant – Nights to join a highly experienced team supporting people living with dementia and mental health conditions. This senior night role offers leadership, supervision, and high-quality care during the overnight period. Why Join This Service? Many bedrooms include en-suite facilities, Smart TVs, and direct access to secure gardens. Staff promote independence and offer a variety of comfortable spaces, including multiple lounges, a summer house, a bar, a small manmade beach, and private gardens with peaceful water features. Residents can choose where to spend time across three open units: • ‘Bay’ unit – bar and large conservatory • ‘Lilies’ unit – hair and beauty salon • ‘Orchids’ unit – lounge and activities room that doubles as a cinema and sensory (snoezelen) space A varied, person-centred activities programme supports physical and mental wellbeing, combining in-house sessions, outdoor pursuits, and visiting entertainers.
