We are recruiting temporary Cover Teacher for an 11-16 secondary school in the Tameside area to start ASAP. Whether you're a newly qualified teacher looking to secure hands on expeirence or a retired teacher looking to keep your hand in education then we want to hear from you! School * 11-16 academy. * Excellent facilities. Role of a Cover Teacher * Covering classes for absent teachers across all subjects. * Lesson plans will be provided by the school. * Your role would be to follow the lesson plan, make sure pupils are on task, safe and behaving well. Experience/Skills Needed as Cover Teacher * A PGCE/PGDE in secondary Education. * Initiative, flexibility and the ability to manage challenging behaviour. * A driving licence and access to your own vehicle aren’t essential will increase the chances of you obtaining work.
