Assembler

We’re hiring for an Assembler to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Stockport. This is a role offering early finishes on Fridays, regular overtime, and the opportunity to build products from start to finish in a hands-on workshop environment. What’s on offer? * £15 p/h (rising to £17.00 p/h after 12 weeks) * Mon – Thu | 8am – 5pm * Fri | 8am – 12pm (early finish) * Overtime available (paid at 1.5x) * 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays) * Christmas shutdown period * Company pension scheme * Employee benefits scheme (including wellbeing support & discounts) What will you be doing as an Assembler? * Assembling products from start to finish in a workshop environment * Using hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks * Completing basic wiring and fitting work (training provided if needed) * Following build instructions to ensure quality and accuracy * Working to production targets while maintaining high standards * Carrying out general workshop duties and supporting the wider team What will you need? * Previous experience in an assembly, manufacturing or workshop role * Confident using hand tools and power tools * Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions * Hands-on approach and willingness to learn new skills * Reliable and able to work as part of a team Interested?
