Sales Representative (Healthcare) - Northern England Home‑Based | £45,000 + Bonus + Commission | OTE £63,000 | Company Car Are you a personable, relationship‑driven new business salesperson who enjoys being out meeting customers? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing healthcare supplier with a strong reputation for quality products and excellent service. With a well‑supported sales structure and a region full of untapped potential, this role offers the chance to make a real impact. About the Role This is a home‑based field sales role covering a key territory across Northern England, spanning from Manchester across to East Yorkshire and up through Northumberland into Dumfries and Galloway. You'll typically spend 3-4 days a week on the road visiting healthcare customers (such as care homes, residential homes, hospitals), with 1-2 day working from home for planning and follow‑ups. You'll be supported by an internal team who help manage your diary, book appointments, and follow up on inbound enquiries - allowing you to focus on building relationships and driving sales. What You'll Be Doing Visiting care homes and healthcare providers to promote a wide range of products Following up on inbound calls, orders and quote requests Developing accounts by turning single‑product customers into full‑range users Selling across eight key product categories including mobility equipment (profiling beds, mobility hoists, pressure care mattresses, bath lifts), PPE, janitorial supplies and more Attending industry events and exhibitions Driving new business across a largely underdeveloped region Growing year‑on‑year revenue and earning commission on your success This is a new‑business role with a strong focus on business development in a relatively untapped area, selling a good product range which customers trust.
