Site Engineer

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join a flagship stadium redevelopment project in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-profile scheme delivering complex structural works on a landmark venue. The Role Working as part of a specialist subcontract team, you will play a key role in the delivery of structural elements on site. The project involves a combination of reinforced concrete and structural steel components, requiring strong technical understanding and hands-on site experience. Key responsibilities will include: * Setting out and surveying for structural works * Supporting the delivery of RC frame construction * Overseeing installation of metal and tin decking systems * Assisting with precast stair installation * Ensuring works are carried out in line with technical drawings and specifications * Maintaining quality control and site records * Liaising with site teams, subcontractors, and management Requirements * Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline * Minimum 2 years’ experience working with an RC frame subcontractor * Strong setting out and surveying skills * Good understanding of reinforced concrete structures and associated packages * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately * Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident working in a fast-paced environment What’s on Offer * Opportunity to work on a landmark, high-profile development * Exposure to complex structural engineering packages * Supportive and professional site team environment * Competitive salary and benefits package
