Position Overview: The Adults Social Worker (Qualified) will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to adults in need. This role involves working closely with residents to conduct thorough assessments, identify needs, and develop tailored support plans. The successful candidate will ensure that each individual’s voice is heard and their unique circumstances are considered. The contract duration is 18 months, offering a stable and engaging work environment.
