Mechanical Assembler Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire (Commutable from High Wycombe, Bicester, Leighton Buzzard, Thame, Oxford and surrounding areas) Salary: £34,086 – £35,880 per annum inclusive of 15% shift premium (Base £29,640 – £31,200 DOE) Shift Pattern: Monday – Wednesday 1:30pm – 11:30pm, Thursday 1:30pm – 11:00pm Hours: 37.5 hours per week Precision Mechanical Assembly Role in a Growing Engineering Manufacturer Syntech Recruitment is working with a well-established and growing manufacturing business in Aylesbury. This is a permanent PM shift opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Assembler who enjoys detailed, hands-on work within a structured production environment. This role would suit someone with a solid manufacturing background who takes pride in quality, precision and working to engineering drawings.
