Sales Engineering Manager


Sales Engineering Manager ( North of England ) Must have technical Knowledge and understanding of Powder Process systems along with customer facing sales experience/ account management Job Role: To maintain and organically grow key accounts. Whilst developing and engaging with clients with powder processing needs across various sectors such as food, petfood & chemical with a strategic plan to convert leads to opportunities and ultimately win new business. Main responsibilities Develop a sales strategy to develop and grow new and existing customers. React to customer requests and provide an excellent service and timely response. Gain a deep understanding of customers’ needs and effectively meet the needs with supporting evidence and documentation. Using pricelists / configurator tools, liaising with internal sales team product managers to produce well-costed quotations. Produce outline process flow diagrams to aid discussions around how solutions will overcome the customers challenges. Completing technical calculations to support equipment selection. Key Working Relationships: Head of Sales, External Sales Managers, Process Sales Engineers, Engineering, Operations. Other Gericke Manufacturing centres Based from home or the Manchester office, the role will be a client facing role and will require travel throughout the UK but some international travel may be required
