Role: Vessel Coordinator - Heavy Lifting Location: Offshore - Transport from Hull/ Great Yarmouth Rotation: 14 days on 14 days off 12 hour shift Rate: £400 - £500 P/day Duration: December 2026 initial duration Required Tickets: GWO, HUET The Role The Offshore Heavy Lift Vessel Coordinator supports the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of offshore heavy lift vessel campaigns. The role coordinates vessel staffing, mobilisation, logistics, readiness, and operational planning activities to ensure each vessel is prepared to execute campaign scope. The role acts as a key coordination point between offshore teams and onshore support functions. It ensures people, training, travel, documentation, tooling readiness, and planning data are aligned to operational demand. The Vessel Coordinator helps reduce disruption, improves readiness, and supports safe delivery across vessel operations. Required Experience Experience in offshore operations, vessel coordination, logistics, workforce planning, or a similar operational support role. Experience working in a delivery-focused environment with multiple stakeholders and changing priorities. Good understanding of offshore mobilisation, crew coordination, and personnel readiness requirements. Experience maintaining planning trackers, reports, and operational records with a high level of accuracy. Experience working across functional interfaces to support operational delivery.
