Groundsworker Multi  £180 a day CIS (need own van) Temp ongoing  Grantham and surrounding areas Immediate start  About the Role We are seeking an experienced and reliable Groundsworker for our contractor that specialises in social housing contracts.  The role involves carrying out a range of external maintenance and installation works, including slabbing, fencing, and concreting, ensuring all jobs are completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Carry out slabbing and paving works (paths, patios, access areas) Install and repair fencing (timber, concrete posts, panels) Perform concreting tasks including bases, footings, and pathways Undertake general grounds maintenance and external repairs Prepare and clear sites, including excavation and groundwork preparation Use hand tools and small plant equipment safely and effectively Ensure all work areas are left clean and tidy after completion Work in occupied social housing environments, maintaining professionalism at all times Follow company health & safety procedures and site regulations Requirements Proven experience in slabbing, fencing, and concreting Previous experience working in social housing or similar environments (preferred) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Full UK driving licence (essential) contact Maryrisa or Holli - (phone number removed) or (phone number removed)
