The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to play a key role in driving the lettings business forward. This is a varied, fast-paced role combining lettings, client management, and letting valuations. Key responsibilities include: Managing the full lettings process from enquiry to move-in Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants Carrying out letting valuations and winning new instructions Generating new business and supporting branch growth Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislationAbout You Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator (senior level preferred) Confident in conducting letting valuations and converting opportunities Strong sales ability with a target-driven mindset Excellent communication and customer service skills Well-organised, proactive, and commercially aware Full UK driving licence preferredPackage £30,000 basic salary Realistic OTE £35k+ Ongoing training & career development Company incentives and performance rewards
