Cloud Accounting Technician This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounting Technician who is AAT qualified or qualified by experience to assist the team in helping to grow the cloud-based solution for bookkeeping and accounting. Role overview: * Reviewing transactions posted by junior members of the team * Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts * Being a point of contact for clients, communicating via email and telephone. * Dealing with wide variety of client queries * Coordinating with process level staff to ensure they have everything needed in order to keep client records up to date and accurate. * Preparation of VAT returns filing. * Assisting senior team members with finalising books for yearend accounts. * Professional Ethics in the workplace. * Adhoc Admin duties to assist staff as and when required. Ideally you will have the following skills: * AAT qualified or qualified by experience * GCSE English Language and Mathematics at Grade C (4) or above. * IT competent with a basic knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel. * The ability to work on your own initiative and be flexible. * Friendly with good communication skills and polite telephone manner. * The ability to prioritise and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Benefits and employment details * Full time role – Monday to Friday (flexible time policy – combination of office/home working). * Remuneration will be dependent on experience. * Right to Work in the UK required.
