Service Administrator


A leading company based in the Norfolk area is seeking to appoint a Service Administrator to join their existing team. The position will be customer facing, supporting the Service and Project Teams. Responsibilities of the Service Administrator will include: - Answering all service calls - Taking initial calls from customers and producing quotations - Responding to requests for service and repair orders - Following up on customer enquiries - Liaising with potential new customers - Working to ISO9001 standards - Processing orders - Looking at cost reductions and controlling costs Candidates should have a strong customer service background and the ability to build solid business relationships. Applicants should be confident communicating in a manufacturing environment and possess good organisation and administration skills.
