MEP Manager – London (Fit-Out Project) Salary: £80,000 + Package Location: Piccadilly We are currently recruiting for an experienced MEP Manager to join a well-established interiors and fit-out specialist on a high-profile commercial project in Central London. The Company Our client is a respected and growing interiors contractor delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects across London. With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for delivering complex schemes to a high standard, they operate across a range of sectors, providing full turnkey solutions from shell to completion. The Project This is an exciting opportunity to work on a £10m commercial fit-out project, involving the merging of two buildings into a single scheme. The MEP package is valued at approximately £3m. Scope includes: Basement works and infrastructure upgrades Delivery of end-of-journey facilities (gym, showers, changing areas, storage) Installation of two full toilet cores across a 7-storey building Full 1st and 2nd fix MEP installation Coordination through to commissioning and handover The project is due to run for approximately 50 weeks. The Role As MEP Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing all M&E subcontractors on site Overseeing installation quality and programme delivery Coordinating 1st and 2nd fix activities Driving progress through to testing, commissioning, and handover Working closely with the wider site and project management team About You Proven experience as an MEP Manager on commercial fit-out projects Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems installation Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating trades on site Ability to drive programme and ensure quality delivery Commissioning experience is highly desirable This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy contractor on a technically interesting, design-led project in a prime Central London location
