Person Specification: Experience working with young people with additional needs Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (essential) Ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals Strong written skills and proven ability to manage administrative tasks, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (essential) Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines independently and collaboratively Resilience and adaptability when responding to unexpected challenges Ability to build rapport and connect with young people Calmness under pressure, maintaining composure in challenging situations Demonstrates leadership qualities, able to support colleagues and take direction as required Professional attitude and presentation Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Behaviour Lead and Pastoral Lead to deliver a whole-school behaviour management strategy, tailored to individual needs Support staff in accurately recording behaviour incidents using the school’s management system Contribute to the Pastoral Team by monitoring and analysing behaviour patterns to ensure interventions are effective and incidents are addressed appropriately Identify early signs of disengagement and assist in delivering targeted interventions to promote re-engagement Develop and maintain positive relationships with students and colleagues Assist in the development, implementation, review, and evaluation of behaviour support plans Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to staff, encouraging the sharing of best practise Conduct individual behaviour assessments and implement follow-up interventions to support student progress To arrange an interview, please contact our team on: for further information and to Apply Below.
