This role offers the opportunity to design and implement automation solutions that directly improve efficiency, reduce manual workload, and elevate the end-user experience across IT services. What you’ll do Identify repetitive Service Desk tasks and bottlenecks suitable for automation Design, build, and deploy automation workflows aligned to business and compliance requirements Develop and manage RPA solutions to automate ticketing, notifications, escalations, and maintenance tasks Monitor and optimise automation performance, ensuring reliability and accuracy Collaborate with IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions You’ll work closely with Service Desk teams, IT stakeholders, and wider business units to drive continuous improvement through automation. What we’re looking for Experience within Service Desk environments and ITSM frameworks Hands-on expertise with RPA tools and process automation design Strong scripting skills (e.g. PowerShell, Python or similar) Ability to translate business processes into technical solutions Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills The ideal candidate will bring a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a passion for process improvement within a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
