The provider is ideally looking for someone with: * Experience within children's residential services * Learning disabilities experience * Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards) You wouldn't be stepping into a firefighting situation - instead, you'd have the opportunity to lead and further develop a well-supported home, with visible backing from senior leadership.
