Architect

We are currently working with a well-established architectural practice that is looking to appoint an Architect to join their growing team in Chorley. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, meaningful schemes that have a real impact on communities. The Role: Lead and support the design and delivery of healthcare projects across all RIBA stages Produce and coordinate design and technical information Work closely with clients, consultants, and clinical stakeholders Attend and lead client meetings, workshops, and site visits Contribute to the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget Requirements: Experience working on healthcare projects (desirable but not essential) Strong understanding of RIBA stages and project delivery Proficiency in Revit Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and technical detailing Strong communication and client-facing skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Access to own vehicle Benefits: Hybrid working once settled in Employee Assistance Programme Private Health Insurance How to Apply: If you’re an Architect considering your next move, or would like a confidential discussion, please apply or contact Darren Marsden for more information
